United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK-GDPR)

The United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK-GDPR) in many ways, mirror the European GDPR, it was drafted from the EU GDPR legal text and revised to accommodate UK's domestic areas of law.

This means that the core definitions and legal terminology now known and widely used from the European GDPR, such as personal data and the rights of data subjects, controller and processor, as well as their need for legal bases for processing, such as prior consent are all to be found in the UK-GDPR.
