Cookie ID

Most cookies have a specific identifier. It is actually a series of characters defining unique cookies.

Websites and servers match with the browser on which the cookie is stored, or the other way around: if you sign into a website, it can use a cookie to recognize and remember your browser later, so you wouldn't need to sign in again.
